How do you guarantee quality? +

Every deliverable is reviewed personally by Slim Bouslama before it ships, no exceptions. Our standards are documented (design and build control grids), and the small-ticket test project lets you judge on the work itself before any commitment.

What happens if a deliverable isn't right? +

Two revisions are included on every deliverable. If the result stays below the approved brief, the rework is on us, not on you. It's written into our terms of collaboration.

Who is my day-to-day contact? +

Slim directly. A single point of contact who understands design, the technical side and your agency constraints all at once. No middle project manager who mistranslates the brief.

What are your typical turnaround times? +

A simple adaptation from a master: 24 to 72 h. A multi-format adaptation pack: 2 to 4 days. A landing page (Figma mockup): 3 to 5 days. A UX audit: 5 business days. A complex app screen: 4 to 8 days. A design system: scoped together. Deadlines are announced at order and met, it's a core commitment of our model.

How does billing work? +

Invoiced by Scara B Agency in euros, excluding VAT (export exemption, compliant invoices for your accounting), paid by international bank transfer with IBAN and SWIFT on every invoice. First collaboration: 40% deposit at order, balance on delivery. Recurring partnerships: monthly billing.

Do you work with our tools? +

Yes. Figma, Notion, Trello, Asana, Slack, ClickUp: we fit into your environment, not the other way around. If you don't have an established process, we bring ours, brief templates included.

Can we start small? +

It's even recommended. The reduced-scope, preferential-rate test project exists precisely for that: a real deliverable, a small ticket, and an informed decision on both sides.

What exactly does the NDA cover? +

The confidentiality of your clients, your briefs, your rates and our exchanges, plus a non-solicitation clause on your end clients lasting 3 years. We can sign your NDA or provide ours.
